Focus: 2-Gun Skills Development
First off, a huge thank you to everyone who showed up for the recent match meetups. Hopefully, you are already seeing the massive value that competitive matches bring to your development. These training meetups are your sandbox to refine those high-level skills—if there is a specific drill or technique you want to work on, let us know before we get rolling on May 30th.
We have a lot in the works behind the scenes right now, so thank you for your patience with our updates! Also, the official NCTS Instagram account is now up and running. Hit the link on our homepage and give us a follow to stay in the loop.
Required Loadout
Come ready to work. Wear whatever kit you prefer to train in, but ensure you have the following:
Ammunition: 250 rounds per weapon system (Rifle & Pistol)
Hardware: Reliable holster, rifle sling, minimum of 2 magazines per weapon, and secure magazine retention/pouches.
Safety: Ear and eye protection.
Attire: Weather-appropriate clothing and rugged footwear.
🔄 Gear Swap: If you have functional gear sitting around that you don't use anymore, bring it along! Let's pass it on to guys who can put it to work.
🛑 Note: Please leave all Sig P320s at home.
Range Rules & Criteria
Cold Range Policy: SFE Shooters Association operates strictly as a cold range. Do not arrive with a loaded firearm. Do not load magazines into your firearms until explicitly instructed by a Range Officer. Failure to comply, or any unsafe "cowboy" behavior, will result in immediate removal from the event.
Age Limit: Must be 21+ to participate.
Vetting: We appreciate everyone dedicated to building a thinking-shooter mindset. If you are bringing someone new into the fold, guide them to the site to sign up. Just remember: you are personally responsible for their credibility.
